I wasn’t present when the services were performed, but their CSR was super informative, helpful, and friendly. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of their service – and process. Their “chem dry” or Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) revived the carpet, eliminating stains and odors. It uses 80% less water – which I LOVED. It was dry in no time and there was no lingering musty smell (after over-scented products wore off) like I have experienced with other carpet cleaners. Coupons on their website sweetened the deal. 10/10 recommend and will call them for future service. If you’re on the fence – there’s no need. Grab a coupon, give them a call and enjoy your fresh carpet!!”

“We just purchased a home and the carpet was in dire need of cleaning. It wasn’t old but had a lot of kid stains. Some came out completely, a couple were lighter than they had been, and the rest of the soiled carpet looked excellent. The staff was also very excellent from Dottie who keeps the boys on track to each of the service techs. They sent 3…it took 2 hours. They are not like some who come in for less than a half hour and later you can’t tell they were there. I am very happy with the results.”
